Cheap and cheerful software, did I also say free?

We all know that great tools help make harder tasks easier, Visual Studio, Dreamweaver, Photoshop? But we are talking free here….right?

Then one day there is a tool which just shines. It is free, there nothing else quite like it and it makes my job a hell of a lot easier. This is HeidiSQL.

HeidiSQL is free database development software that allows you to manage your databases online from your computer. I know we have mySQL tools from the mySQL dev website but this tool really shines because not only its free and full of features, it is so easy to use. Its still being improved and on version 5 beta at the moment.
